- Prices
- Delivery within Japan uses Japanese-yen prices including consumption tax in both languages. The English store defaults to Japan; USD prices apply only when an available overseas destination is selected.
- Additional fees
- Standard shipping within Japan is ¥600, or ¥880 to Hokkaido and Okinawa. Shipping is free for product subtotals before discount of ¥5,000 or more. International shipping is calculated from the destination selected at checkout and displayed before payment. Import duties, taxes, customs charges and any bank or currency-conversion fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Payment
- Japan delivery uses the same enabled payment methods in Japanese and English. Credit cards (Stripe) and PayPay, when available, are paid in JPY at checkout. Bank transfer is due within seven days of the bank-details email sent after stock confirmation. Card details are entered on Stripe and are not stored by our shop. Overseas payment methods are shown only for eligible destinations; unavailable methods are not offered.
- Delivery
- Domestic orders normally ship within one to three business days after payment is confirmed. International orders normally leave Japan within one to three business days after payment is confirmed. Customs clearance and carrier transit times are outside our control. We will contact you if a material dispatch delay is expected.
- Returns and exchanges
- For customer-requested returns, contact us within seven days after delivery; only unused items are eligible. Return shipping, customs charges and related costs are paid by the customer. For defective or incorrectly shipped items, contact us within seven days and we will arrange the return or exchange. Used items, or items damaged or soiled by the customer, cannot be returned.
- Cancellations and refunds
- To cancel before shipment, contact info@juoboueki.co.jp or WhatsApp as soon as possible. Completed card (Stripe), PayPal or PayPay payments are refunded through the original payment service; posting time depends on that service and the funding source. After shipment, the return conditions above apply.
